Our School has a unique strength in combining fundamental biological and biomolecular sciences with a strong applied biotechnology focus. The creativity and drive of many individual staff fosters a sustainable and excellent environment for research, teaching and scholarship. This allows students to be trained in both the fundamental science and technology applications.
