Honours Dates and Deadlines
Clear guidelines are provided concerning the supervisor's role in preparing the thesis. Students and supervisors will receive the guidelines when the student commences Honours in Week 0. Supervisors should provide input at all stages of a student's preparation of seminars.
For Students Commencing in Semester 1, 2009

| 28 April 2009 | Due date for literature review |
| 15 May 2009 | Feedback from supervisors on literature review and research plan |
| 17 August 2009 | Practice thesis due (4 copies) |
| 21 August - 4 Sept 2009 | Assessment Committee meets to interview student and determine practice thesis (supervisor coordinates time and place) |
| 4 September 2009 | Deadline for submission of practice thesis grade |
| 1 October 2009 | Final seminar on Honours project |
| 29 October 2009 | Submission date for thesis (4 copies) |
| 9 - 17 November 2009 | Final oral interviews by Assessment Committee |
