Examining the role of Viruses in Breast and Prostate Cancer

The projects involve screening clinical samples (fixed and fresh/frozen) and cancer cell lines for the presence of viruses using various protein and molecular biology techniques. These include Immunohistochemistry, DNA purification, and PCR and in-situ PCR.
