Research Description:

Exploitation of genetic variation for disease gene mapping and conservation.
Mapping of gestation diabetes genes in human.
Mapping of disease genes in dogs, eg trapped neutrophil syndrome (TNS) genes in Border collies. Typing of neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (CL) in Border collies.
Conservation genetics of dingoes, detection of hybrids between dingoes and domestic dogs, testing for dingo purity.
