Student Services

We provide the following assistance to all students enrolled in Levels 1 to 3 BABS/BIOC/BIOT/MICR courses:

• Timetable clashes
• Uncertainty about prerequisites or assumed knowledge for courses
• What to include in Majors and Minors (BABS discipline areas only)
• Substitution of courses within the same Major or Minor (BABS discipline areas only)
• Queries about results and grades
• Grievance about assignments or assessments
• Class attendance requirements
• Course difficulties
• Late assignments
• Assignment drop-off and collection point
• Consideration on medical grounds
• Course withdrawals after census dates
