BABSOC Student Society

Students in BABS have the benefit of an active and progressive student society, BABSOC (Biotechnology and Biomolecular Science Students Society), a student-managed society that represents all BABS students.

The society holds social events and professional workshops that are aimed to enhancing the university experience of more than 2000 undergraduate and postgraduate students. It promotes a sense of community within the School and provides an opportunity for students to develop and expand a close professional network. The aim is to share an interest and passion for research and development, entrepreneurship, and innovation and commercialisation of science, while also bringing the UNSW community together through social events.
